Capitaine Trumbull Warren
Officers of the 48th Highlanders from "The Red Watch - With the First Canadian Division in Flanders" written by Colonel J.A. Currie, M.P. Published in Toronto in 1916 and dedicated to the memory of the Canadian soldiers who fell in Flanders. Capt. Warren is described on several occasions in this book covering the experiences of the 48th Highlanders (15th Battalion) from 1914-15. In this group portrait he is in the bottom row (seated) and second from the left.

681 Captain Trumbull Warren (RMC 1904) was the son of Mr. H. D. and Sarah Trumbull Warren; husband of Marjory L. Snively (formerly Warren), of "Glenlonely," Aurora, Ontario. He served with the Canadian Infantry (Central Ontario Regiment), 15th Bn. He died 20 April 1915. He was buried in the Ypres Reservoir Cemetery in Belgium.

CIMETIÈRE DU RÉSERVOIR D'YPRES Belgique
Le cimetière se trouve au nord-ouest de la ville. Depuis la gare, tournez à gauche et conduisez sur la M. Fochlaan jusqu'au carrefour giratoire. Tournez ensuite à droite et rendez-vous au prochain carrefour giratoire, où vous tournerez à gauche pour prendre la M. Haiglaan. Conduisez sur cette route sur une distance de 300 mètres et tournez à droite sur la M. Plumerlaan. Le cimetière se trouve à droite, à 200 mètres.
