Honour Roll bearing the name of Vincent Colling. Like so many others of his time, Vincent took up arms to fight the dark tide of evil that had descended on the world. Let not his sacrifice be in vain. Remember him.
This memorial is dedicated to the members of Immaculate Conception Church who fought in the Second World War. The Church of the Immaculate Conception was located in Port Robinson, Ontario. The church was closed in 1998 and years later torn down. The Honour Roll is currently in the archives of the absorbing parish, Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Thorold, Ontario.

The Welland Crowland War Memorial is the last large WWI memorial to be erected in Canada. It is located in Chippawa Park on Fitch Street in Welland, ON. Vincent’s name is inscribed on this monument. Gone are your parents and step-siblings who could have provided insight as to who you were. You will live forever in my heart. LC
