Soldat William George Roberts
Private Roberts is listed on the Town of Milton "Haltonville Cenotaph", Township of Nassagaweya, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario. The cenotaph is located at the junction of Guelph Line and 15th Sideroad, north of Highway 401 (GPS Coordinates 43°31'28.26"N 80° 2'11.26"W). This image was taken by Richard Laughton and submitted to the CWGC collection.

The Haltonville Cenotaph contains two (2) names for a soldier with the last name "Roberts". They are William Roberts and Wesley Roberts, both listed as men of the 164th Infantry Battalion that was assembled in the Halton-Peel-Dufferin Counties at the beginning of the war. William Roberts was taken on strength into the 21st Battalion, where he was serving at the time of his death. Extensive research has shown that there was no person known as Wesley Roberts, dead or alive, and that the inscription was an engraving error on the cenotaph at the time of construction. CIMETIÈRE MILITAIRE DE MONT-HUON Seine-Maritime, France
Le Tréport est un petit port de mer du département de Seine-Maritime, à 25 kilomètres au nord-est de Dieppe. Le cimetière se trouve à 1,5 kilomètre au sud de la ville. Dirigez-vous vers le centre de Le Tréport et suivez les panneaux annonçant Dieppe et le littoral. Le cimetière est à droite d'un embranchement sur la route D940.
