Breen, Frank Vincent - Flying Officer. Born 6th January, 1919, at Toronto. Educated at St. Michael's College, Toronto. Entered the service of the Bank 17th July, 1936. Served at Toronto city branches. Enlisted 15th June, 1941, from Yonge & Gould (Toronto) in R.C.A.F. Pilot Officer in November, 1942; Flying Officer in May, 1943. Trained at Brandon, Man., and Summerside, P.E.I. Served three months at Nassau, B.W.I. Posted to India Command 20th September, 1943. Reported on 7th October, 1943 as killed on active service while with an R.C.A.F. Squadron in India. <br><i>From a memorial booklet prepared by the Canadian Bank of Commerce.</i>

CIMETIÈRE DE GUERRE DE MADRAS Inde
Le cimetière de guerre de Madras est situé à 5 kilomètres de l'aéroport et à 14 kilomètres de la gare centrale. La route GST (« Great Southern Trunk Road ») part de l'aéroport, passe par l'hôtel Trident et mène au carrefour giratoire Kathipara - il y a un panneau de signalisation de la Commonwealth War Graves Commission sur une petite île triangulaire qui indique la direction au cimetière via le chemin Mount Poonamall, en passant au pied du mont St. Thomas.
Il n'est pas difficile de trouver le cimetière sur le côté droit du chemin, à un kilomètre du mont St. Thomas.
De la gare centrale de Madras, la route se dirige vers le chemin Mount (Anna Selai) et par-dessus le pont qui traverse la Cooun. La route passe par le cimetière de St. Mary's sur le chemin Pallawan et par l'édifice de la compagnie d'assurance-vie qui est situé sur le chemin Mount menant à Anna Flyover et à l'intersection Kathipara.
