The original pictures were supplied by the Sydney Post-Record and the booklet was compiled by Jack Wilcox, class of 1946 and Donald Trivett, class of 1947.<p>

F/O Walter Crowe Ingraham, age 23, was killed when Halifax LK914, from 428 (Ghost) Squadron, in which he served as navigator, was shot down during a night raid on Hanover. There were no survivors and the crew is buried in a collective grave in the Becklingen War Cemetery, Soltau, Germany.

CIMETIÈRE DE GUERRE DE BECKLINGEN Allemagne
Le cimetière de guerre de Becklingen est à 13 kilomètres au sud-est de Soltau, du côté ouest de la route allant de Hambourg à Hanovre.
À partir de Hanovre, conduisez sur une distance de 80 kilomètres vers le nord en direction de Hambourg sur l'autoroute no 7, jusqu'à l'intersection avec Soltau-Sud, qui est en fait l'intersection de la A7 avec la B3 (route allant de Hanovre à Hambourg).
Au sortir de la A7 à Soltau-Sud, suivez la B3 en direction de Celle et de Bergen. Le cimetière est du côté droit de la route, à 7 kilomètres de l'intersection se trouvant sur l'autoroute.
