Son of Simeon Reynolds and Elizabeth Jane Baggs from St. John’s, New foundland.
He is believed to have drowned in the London area, England, between 16 and 20 August 1940. He was reported missing on the 18th. The Canadian authorities chose the 18th as the date of his death.
