Harold O. Leduc MMM, CD

A Veteran of the Canadian Forces, Mr. Leduc has been a vigorous advocate for Veterans and peacekeepers for several years. Mr. Leduc has been a principal with the Canadian Peacekeeping Veterans Association since 1992. He served that organization until 1998 as National Vice-President and Special Projects Officer. From 1997 to the present, he has been its Executive Director and since1999, its National President. As part of his work with the Association, Mr. Leduc has been a member of both the Veterans Affairs Canada ' Canadian Forces Advisory Council, and the Advisory Committee to the DND-VAC Centre for the Support of Injured and Retired Members and Their Families. In both capacities he has worked as an effective advocate for peacekeepers and in support of enhanced services and benefits for retiring members of the Canadian Forces and their families. He has further served the Veteran community and promoted Remembrance as a member of the Veterans Affairs Canada Pacific Advisory Council and the Veterans Commemoration Committee, Pacific Region.
