A 35-year Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Mr. Michel Maisonneuve now works with the transition committee for the Veterans residing at Ste. Anne’s Hospital. He represents the Veterans who are transitioning from Ste. Anne’s Hospital to the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de-l’Ouest-de-l’île-de-Montréal to ensure a peaceful and problem-free transition.
He looks after their well-being during their transfer and sees that the level of health care they receive is maintained throughout the relocation process. He also sees to any concerns or problems brought forward by the families of the Veterans, and this has earned him their trust.
His collaborative spirit, problem-solving abilities, and helpful interactions with hospital management are well received and appreciated by all.
