As a long-time Service Officer of The Liaison Association of War Veterans in Quebec, Mr. Graham has assisted many Veterans with their pension claims. Because of his special interest in Veterans' needs and well-being, Mr. Graham gives freely of his time, including weekends, to resolving outstanding issues and completing forms on their behalf, for various pension and health-related services. Over the years, Mr. Graham has developed considerable expertise in pension application procedures. He is devoted to the welfare of Veterans and continues to work diligently to ensure that they are provided, in a timely fashion, with the services to which they are entitled.
