No. 138619 Corporal John King, 75th Battalion at Camp Niagara in the summer of 1915. Corporal King is standing on the far right with his wife and with his hands on his children's shoulders. He had previously spent 8 years in the Scots Guards before emigrating to Canada. Corporal King was killed in action at Regina Trench on the Somme while serving with the 3rd (Toronto) Battalion

CIMETIÈRE MILITAIRE ADANAC Somme, France
Miraumont est un village situé à quelque 14,5 kilomètres au nord-nord-est d'Albert. Le cimetière se trouve à 3 kilomètres environ au sud du village, du côté est de la route menant à Courcelette (D107). Il y a des panneaux annonçant la direction du cimetière dans le centre de Miraumont.
