Pte. Stanley Crothers Bewley's name was included on the Woods Manufacturing Company Ltd. 1914 - 1918 Roll of Honour. He indicated on his military attestation that he was a cloth cutter. Woods manufactured textiles and had factories in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg & Welland. Source: The Standard / Canada's Aid to the Allies and Peace Memorial. Edited by Frederick Yorston. Published by the Montreal Standard Publishing Co., Ltd., Montreal. This large Souvenir Edition magazine included Rolls of Honour for various prominent Canadian businesses.

Étaples est une ville située à 27 kilomètres environ au sud de Boulogne. Le cimetière militaire se trouve au nord de la ville, du côté ouest de la route qui mène à Boulogne.
