Glen Cowley wrote this two part series for the Kamloops newspaper . It appeared starting in the " Kamloops This Week " on Wednesday June 07 , 1995 . Glen Cowley is a Kamloops based historian and free-lance writer . The 1938 Championship Team was reported in depth by the newspaper of the time - The Kamloops Sentinel and Harry Smith was widely reported in the articles covering the team in those late 1930 years.

Sous-lieutenant d'aviation Joseph Harry Smith
The 2004 Remembrance List released by the British Columbia government on November 11 , 2004 included a British Columbia feature named in memory of our uncle Pilot Officer Joseph Harry Smith.<P>
Smith Cove is located on the north shoreline of Kamloops Lake at 50*43'50"-120*33'35" in Lac du Bois Provincial Park just west of the Kamloops City western boundary near Tranquille.<P>
Also released was a proclamation issued jointly by " The Province of British Columbia and The Geographical Names Board of Canada " signed by the Honourable Gordon Campbell
Premier of British Columbia.

Unveiled on May 24th, 1925. Inscribed: C.E.F. - NOR TIME NOR TIDE CAN EVER EFFACE THE MEMORY OF OUR GLORIOUS DEAD.

CIMETIÈRE DE GUERRE DE RANCHI Inde
Ranchi est un village situé dans l'état de Bihar à quelques 400 kilomètres au nord-ouest de Calcutta. On peut s'y rendre par avion à partir de Delhi, de Calcutta et de d'autres villes. Le cimetière de guerre de Ranchi se trouve sur la route d' Old Hazari Bagh à 1,5 kilomètres environ de la garde de Ranchi. Il est situé aux côtés du cimetière chrétien près de Kantatoli Chowk. L'entrée du cimetière de guerre de Ranchi se trouve à plusieurs mètres de la route et on peut facilement la manquer. Quelques chauffeurs de taxi connaissent le chemin. Les visiteurs devraient se mettre en rapport avec le directeur de l'hôtel qui pourra mieux les guider. Il n'y a pas de gardien permanent sur le site et la grille est verrouillée entre 17 :00 et 08 :00. Pendant les heures d'ouverture, vous pouvez vous adresser à un des jardiniers pour obtenir le registre.
