CIMETIÈRE MILITAIRE DE LA FERME DE HEM Somme, France
Hem et Monacu sont deux villages situés à 13 kilomètres environ au sud-est d'Albert, un peu au sud de la route d'Albert à Péronne et au nord de la Somme. Le cimetière militaire de la ferme de Hem se trouve à l'ouest du village de Hem.
