About this program
Every year, thousands of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members transition out of the military and seek civilian employment. During their military service, Veterans develop skills and abilities from first class training and experience. We want to help Veterans leverage those abilities into a post service career.
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and the Canadian Armed Forces Transition Group work closely to support transitioning service members by providing multiple ways to connect with private and public sector employers.
