The Veterans Bursary Program, a bursary for studies at post-secondary institutions, is administered by Universities Canada to eligible class members and other beneficiaries of the 2013 Manuge v. Her Majesty the Queen and/or 2021 Toth v. Her Majesty the Queen class actions. Issues concerning class member eligibility can be directed to class counsel.
