All digital images must be in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff or .gif format to be fully compatible with our server.

Colour or black and white images may be submitted.

The maximum file size per image is 5 MB.

Step 4: Review your upload(s).

Step 5: Complete the photo permission statement by typing your full name in the space provided.

Veterans Affairs Canada reserves the right to:

limit the number of images that can be displayed for any one individual.
digitally reprocess images to conform with system specifications.
refuse any images deemed inappropriate.
reject or remove duplicate submissions.
edit text submissions for grammatical and spelling errors and/or to remove unrelated or inappropriate content.
reorder photos and make final decision on images used for profile pictures.
