FELLOW OF TORONTO AND MCGILL UNIVERSITIES, LECTURER IN MEDICINE, MCGILL UNIVERSITY. MEMBER OF THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS OF LONDON. MEMBER OF THE CADET CORPS OF THIS SCHOOL.
