This stained glass window in the Frontenac County Court House was erected in 1921 as a memorial to those who served in the First World War. It was unveiled on November 24, 1921, by Warden Charles MacGregor and dedicated by Major (Very Reverend Dean) Starr. The window was made by N.T. Lyon Company of Toronto and consists of three panels - Call to Arms, Victory and Triumphant Return. The N.T. Lyon Company was absorbed into the Robert McCausland Ltd, who was the firm that made the stained glass windows in Memorial Hall, so the styles are very similar.

Underneath the window is the County of Frontenac Great War Honour Roll.
