This plaque is dedicated to the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry first Colonel-in-Chief, Lady Patricia Ramsay, VA, CI, CD, and was unveiled by the then present Colonel-in-Chief, the Countess Mountbatten of Burma. The plaque hangs in a very prominent part of the church, just to the right of the lectern in the sanctuary.
