Volunteers of Fraser Bay and the All Faith Chapel of the Memorial Hospital erected this memorial. The Stained glass windows commemorates Canadian veterans and is uplifting, spiritual and an artistic homage to peace. Named "Angel on Yellow," it was made by Sattler Stained Glass Studio Ltd. The angel is central to the window, flying toward a warm yellow light, a symbol of hope and spiritual truth.
