The Second Lieutenant Cecil Vivian Rupert Weaver Plaque was unveiled near the south entrance of High Park Avenue Methodist Church. Second Lieutenant Weaver served in the Royal Garrison Artillery and died of his wounds on August 9, 1918.

The church was located on High Park Avenue at the intersection with Annette Street. It is not known what happened to the plaque.
