This memorial display, containing a bugle and drums (the colours of a rifle regiment) of The Royal Winnipeg Rifles, as well as a plaque, was donated by the Little Black Devils Officers' Association on 8 November 1970 in memory of their deceased comrades in the 90th Winnipeg Battalion of Rifles, the 8th Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force and The Royal Winnipeg Rifles.
