The Winnipeg Rifles erected this memorial dedicated it to the Members of the St Luke's Church prior to their departure for Battle. This plaque was unveiled in April 1916.

OF THE 90th OVERSEAS BATTN. (WINNIPEG RIFLES)
ON THE OCCASION OF THEIR DEPARTURE OVERSEAS IN
APPRECIATION OF THE MANY COURTESIES EXTENDED TO THE BATTN.
WHILE QUARTERED IN THE BROADWAY DRILL HALL DURING THE PAST
WINTER BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ST.LUKES CHURCH.
