Erected by the community of Summerberry, this memorial is dedicated to the local war dead of the Second World War. In September 2021, it was moved from the school in town to its current location in the cemetery. Remco installers in the area saw that the local Legion was trying to raise funds to have it moved and they volunteered their time and moved it at no charge. The cemetery provided the foundation for the memorial.
