THIS MONUMENT WAS ERECTED BY THE COMMUNITY OF STAVELY TO THE MEMORY OF THOSE FROM THE COMMUNITY OF STAVELY WHO LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE DEFENCE OF THEIR COUNTRY.
