Erected in February 1973, this monument is dedicated to the CFB Chilliwack Supply and Maintenance branches.
Supply and maintenance were once a single branch, but divided in World War II in order to better support their sphere of responsibility. While maintenance is concerned primarily with land ordnance systems, supply is involved with all material and is consequently represented by the larger branch. The sculpture indicates this relationship of the two sections starting from a common base and dividing to support a common sphere.
