A mural depicting Canadian bravery in war and peacekeeping was painted by Joseph Cross on the back of the Cranbrook, B.C. Wall of Honour, near the Rotary Park cenotaph. It was dedicated in May to commemorate the 55th anniversary of Second World War victory in Europe. Inset: An information plaque touches on military endeavours in the last century.
