Constructed in 1948 in memory of the Veterans of the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War. Located in front of the Oliver Town Hall, this stone monument was built by members of the South Okanagan Land Project. The metal plaque honouring the veterans was supplied by Branch #97 of the Royal Canadian Legion. The metal plaque lists the names of First World War veterans and 25 Second World War veterans. In 1995, a plaque was added in memory of those who died in the Korean War.
