Ce monument est un obélisque en acier inoxydable érigé sur une dalle de béton. Il est situé sur le rocher où deux membres de l’équipage ont péri lors de l’écrasement du Dakota 956. Il a été dévoilé le 25 septembre 2002 par le 101e Escadron de l’AARC.
