Concert of Remembrance

Details: An annual tradition since the College’s founding, Canadian College of Performing Arts (CCPA) students will take the stage with the Band of the 5th (British Columbia) Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery, for a concert celebrating and honouring service. Through song and poetry, the sacrifices of our veterans are honoured.

Co-presented by the District of Oak Bay for the public at the Dave Dunnet Community Theatre, with donations going to support the Canadian Heritage Arts Society and the Esquimalt Military Family Resource Centre.

Following the concert, the student performers tour their part of the show to community spaces across the CRD including parishes, Legions, and long-term care homes. They will also once again perform at the Oak Bay Cenotaph on Remembrance Day.
