On behalf of Mid West Basketball League (MWBL), for your contributions past, present & future, our organization will be hosting the Mid West Shoot Out (Tournament of Nations) on the May long weekend in Ottawa, ON, Canada, on Saturday May 16th.
Doors will open at 1:30PM with tipoff at 2:45PM.
Location is Jack Doyle Athletic Center.
Game Format & Bracket Breakdown
The game consists of four 12-minute games.
Round Robin:
Game 1: Team CANADA vs. Team WORLD.
Game 2: Team USA vs. Game 1 Winner.
Game 3: Team USA vs. Game 1 Loser.
Championship: The top two teams based on record (and point differential if needed) face off in the final game.
This tribute basketball event has always brought smiles to various Canadian communities. We would like to share coming success with dedicated and hardworking people like you.

Veteran Tickets of Valour (Vet Tix) provides FREE event tickets to our Military, Veterans and family members of troops Killed In Action (K.I.A.).Attending these events reduces stress through entertainment, strengthens family bonds, builds life-long memories and encourages service members to stay engaged with Canadian life and local communities.
Giving free event tickets is an expression of appreciation, acknowledgement and an enduring symbol that we, as a nation, honor the service of our troops today and long after their tour of duty has passed. Helping our veterans attend free events provides positive family and life experiences after their years of service to our country.
