On Friday, November 7, 2025, Veterans Affairs Canada will host a Veterans' Open Mic at the Wardroom (Sea Room) at Juno Tower, CFB Halifax, 2648 Lorne Terrace, from 19:00 until 22:00.
Launched in 2023, the Open Mic Series provides Veterans with a casual alternative to the traditional commemorative ceremony and recognizes the important role music plays in the healing process and in bringing people together. Veterans, current serving members, their families and their guests are invited to an enjoy an entertaining evening where they will have the opportunity to share stories and songs or simply enjoy the show. Light refreshments will be served.
As space is limited, we are asking all who wish to join to please acquire a free ticket through Simpli Events.
