Alumni Memorial Hall was erected through gifts of graduates and students in memory of McMaster men who gave their lives in World Wars I and II. Alumni Memorial Hall was built in 1951, financed with a gift of $100,000 from the University's alumni and students as a memorial to McMaster members who gave their lives in World Wars I and II.

Plaques were erected in memory of McMaster Graduates who died in World War I and II. An honour roll was erected listing McMaster alumni who served in the Great War. A plaque was erected in memory of McMaster Graduates who died in Afghanistan. A tree was planted in memory of McMaster Graduates who died in Afghanistan.
