The Church of the Epiphany Second World War Window is dedicated to the members of the congregation who died during the war and the Church of the Epiphany Second World War Plaques are located on both sides of the window. The Church of the Epiphany was located at 1515 Queen Street West until it was sold on 11 June 1983 to the Our Lady of Lebanon Parish.
