The National Inventory of Canadian Military Memorials is a public, crowd-sourced registry that helps Canadians learn about memorials in their communities. Inclusion in the Inventory does not imply VAC ownership or authority. Responsibility for the care, management, and any changes to a memorial rests with its owning or governing organization.

The unveiling of the Royal Canadian Air Force Second World War Memorial Wall took place September 10, 2014. It pays tribute to the airmen and airwomen of the British Commonwealth who lost their lives in the Second World War. The memorial is impressive in both size and scope. It's comprised of a 300 feet airfoil-shaped of black granite etched with 19,256 names, an eight-foot bronze airman. There is 12,000 square feet of paving stone, including a 60-feet Royal Canadian Air Force wing in full colour.
