This memorial is dedicated to the peacekeepers and to those who died while serving during the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War. It was erected by the Victory Memorial Park and Funeral Centre. The base of the memorial is a grey granite pedestal of 2' x 2' x 2' topped with a concrete urn with a diameter of three feet. The memorial is flanked on both sides by metal flagpoles an estimated 30 feet high with a Canadian flag on one side and a British Columbia Provincial flag on the other. The whole memorial installation is backed by a semi-circle of 12 foot high Cypress evergreens.
