Born in London England on April 14th 1890. Husband of Wilhelmina Hall of East Vancouver BC.  William enlisted into the C.E.F. at Valcartier Quebec on Sept. 28th 1914, he listed prior military service of 2 years with the Oxford Vol. Rifles. (British army) he listed his occupation as "Blacksmith" William died at Vancouver BC on Feb. 7th 1920 at the age of 36.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC.
