  • Memorial Marker– "This marker, carved in the shape of a tree denoting a young life cut short, commemorates the life and military service of Arthur Timleck(sic). He was a member of the contingent of young men who answered the call of the Boer War, was wounded and subsequently died in 1901 at age 21. The Museum of the Royal Westminster Regiment in New Westminster has a large, old plaque of dedication to Timleck (sic)."
