The United Jewish Appeal Federation War Memorial was erected on November 11, 2011, by the United Jewish Appeal Federation of Greater Montreal. The black granite memorial includes the symbols of the Canadian Army, Navy and Air Force, and two stars of David. It was created by L. Berson & Son Monuments and funded by donations from local residents and corporate contributions.

The memorial honours the Jewish people who perished and those who served in the Canadian Forces during the First and Second World Wars, Korean War, peacekeeping missions, and Afghanistan. It commemorates the 18,000 Jewish men and women who served in the Canadian Armed Forces, and the 1.5 million who served in all the Allied Armed Forces.
