The Importance of Structure

Transcript
When you’re on a tour, you have to make sure you have everything. If you’re going on a patrol, you have to do a checklist every time. You have to make sure people are ready. You have to make sure everybody knows what’s going on. It’s not a “it would be good to”, you have to, because in some circumstances if you miss something, someone could die and so you’re always, let’s say keen. You’re always going to catch people if they’re doing something wrong or whatever. You always got to be on that edge and it’s hard to get out of that when you get back home. You know, your kid leaves his toys on the floor, "Hey, pick that up, should be in the toy box!” You know, you’re on that.... It’s hard to get out of that where just to say, “Ah, leave it!” It’s just, I don’t know, it’s difficult. It was difficult for me to get out of that and I’m basically still that way.
