Bad Situation in Congo

Transcript
But I always thought the Belgians shouldn't have left the Congo as quickly as they did. World opinion or the UN said they should go and they just got up and left, lock, stock and barrel. That left a rather bad situation in the Congo with the two factions, the South and the North causing the problem when we were there, while we were there. They had the civil war and that conflict brought us into the situation or the UN into the situation.
