Grave of 116731 Trooper Frank Tremaine who served with the 11th Canadian Mounted Rifles C.E.F. Born in Sidney New South Wales Australia on Aug 16th 1872 (1853?) Widower (Mary Ann Tremaine died 1916) Frank enlisted into the C.E.F. at Victoria BC on April 4th 1916 he listed prior military service of 5 years with the N.S.W. Artillery he listed his occupation as "Cook" Frank died June 22nd 1916 at the age of 43/63 (He may have untruthfull about his age on enlistment)
He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC
