Widower (Mary Ann Tremaine died 1916) Frank enlisted into the C.E.F. at Victoria BC on April 4th 1916 he listed prior military service of 5 years with the N.S.W. Artillery he listed his occupation as "Cook" Frank died June 22nd 1916 at the age of 43/63 (He may have untruthfull about his age on enlistment)
He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC
