Description
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) is launching a new report, the Onsite Compliance Report for Managers, that will provide managers with insight into individual employee onsite compliance relating to the Direction on Prescribed Presence in the Workplace as outlined by the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS).
The Direction sets out the requirement for a minimum onsite presence in the workplace for all public servants. Employees are required to submit a myWorkArrangement (mWA) to reflect their weekly or monthly onsite presence. The purpose of the new report is to provide managers with the necessary details to monitor employee compliance with their mWA to be able to properly measure the department’s compliance with the direction.
