The Tilbury Cenotaph was erected on May 7, 1987 and dedicated to all Veterans. It was erected by the Tilbury Royal Canadian Legion Branch 206.  The cenotaph is 15 feet by three feet, weighs 36,000 pounds and is made of granite.
