(Note the ID number of 703753 on his grave is wrong) Born in Ayr Scotland on Jan. 24th 1876 James enlisted into the C.E.F. at Vancouver BC on Feb. 24th 1916 and listed his occupation as "Baker" James died at Vancouver BC of the Spanish flu on July 17th 1918 at the age of 42. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC -
