Photo taken 11 May 2015. It is apparent that this is a new stone, replacing the much older one from the previous pictures, with a different inscription at the bottom of the stone also commemorating a Pte. W. Burtchaell, probably William Burtchaell, a son of Benjamin Burtchaell. -

Corporal Benjamin Burtchaell is buried in St. James Cemetery located in Toronto on Parliament Street. The bottom of this grave marker indicates that he died at Christie Hospital, Toronto. There is also an additional inscription at the bottom of this memorial for Pte. Benjamin Burtchaell (1900-1950). Photograph from November 2002. -
