Son of Joseph Beaudry and Zénaïde Boisvert from St-Évariste-de-Forsythe, Québec.
He enlisted on 28 October 1940 in the Canadian Army Service Corps. He was first transferred to the Fusiliers Mont-Royal on 20 November 1940, then to the Royal 22e Régiment on 21 July 1943. He arrived in Sicily, Italy, on 27 August 1943, and landed in Italy on 3 September 1943. He was seriously wounded on 21 November 1943 at Campobasso, Italy, and died of his wounds on 10 December 1943. He was initially buried there, in grave number D5, then he was exhumed around 8 October 1946 and reburied at Rivière Moro, Ortona, Italy.

MORO RIVER CANADIAN WAR CEMETERY Italy
The Moro River Canadian War Cemetery lies in the locality of San Donato in the Commune of Ortona, Province of Chieti, and is sited on high ground near the sea just east of the main Adriatic coast road (SS16). The cemetery can be reached from Rome on the autostrada A25 (Rome-Pescara) by branching on the autostrada A14 and leaving it at Ortona. The approach road to the cemetery from the main road passes under an arch forming part of the little church of San Donato. The cemetery is permanently open and may be visited anytime.
