Thomas Phelps was a member of the Royal Canadian Infantry Corps, he died while serving with the East Lancashire Regiment as a CANLOAN Officer.
Son of the Revd. Canon James Edgar William Phelps and Annie Phelps; husband of Helen Marcia Phelps, of Prince Rupert, British Columbia.
