Booth, RCAF of Van Buren, Ohio, U.S.A. was killed on active service when his Vickers Wellington Mk III (Z1721) caught fire and crashed at Compton Wynyates, Warwickshire in a training accident on June 16, 1943. F/O Booth served as a Bomb Aimer and was attached to No. 12 Operational Training Unit, Royal Air Force. -
